Inspection System for Stamped-Bent Parts
Our testing systems for stamped-bent parts enable 100% testing of bulk goods in large quantities.
The inspection and fully automatic sorting is carried out by one or more camera systems.
Fully automatic bunker loading or interlinked feeding and automatic packaging allow continuous inspection around the clock.

Inspection System for Forged Parts
Our testing facilities for forging technology detect dimensional deviations in the tenth to hundredth of a millimetre range and guarantee the consistently high quality of your products.
The integrated transport system automatically sorts out the deviating test parts. The compact design allows installation directly on site in existing process lines.

Inspection System for Embossing Signs
Our compact testing devices for embossing signs guarantee 100% testing of surface and embossing. Optionally applied laser markings are checked for machine readability (1D and 2D codes) by subsequent testing.
The integrated transport system ensures automatic sorting and OK- / NOK-stacking. Interfaces to customer IT enable comfortable data exchange. The system is operated and the current production system data displayed via the integrated visualization system.

Strip Inspection System / Width Measurement
Our strip inspection systems enable continuous recording, evaluation and visual representation of detected breaks.
The system automatically adjusts to different bandwidths and speeds. Due to the metrology used, breaks and folds can be detected. At the same time, the system enables continuous and precise measurement of the bandwidth.

Strip Edge Inspection System
Our strip edge inspection systems enable continuous evaluation, recording and visual representation of the trimmed edges.
Errors in the cut / break ratio, knife wear and knife breakage can thus be detected immediately. The automatic positioning of the measuring devices ensures a constant quality of the measured value acquisition.

3D Measuring Systems
Our systems for 3D measurement enable dimensional control of any geometry in all coordinate planes as well as 3D measurement of position.
Our example application for toolholder measurement comprises the measurement of the position and angular position of toolholders on cold milling drums. Necessary corrections are displayed visually and the measurement results are continuously documented.
