Planning
Our goal is to provide you with an automation solution tailored to your needs. On request, we will analyse your task and prepare planning documents which clearly and individually describe the recommended implementation. We project control cabinets and switchgears with EPLAN® and supply you with circuit diagrams as well as detailed terminal and cable diagrams, schematic diagrams and bills of material.
Manufacturing
Based on the prepared planning documents, we manufacture control cabinets, energy distributors and switchgears in our own workshop. Extensive quality checks ensure the optimal implementation of your investment and smooth integration into your production environment.
PLC Programming
We create control and regulation software for you on the basis of market-leading automation platforms.
The implementation is carried out using our proven software structures and modules as well as customer-specific program libraries and standards. The experience and flexibility of our employees is our strength.
When modernising existing plants, we provide you with comprehensive advice, analyse the existing software and implement a suitable automation concept with you.
Individual tests and simulations during programming ensure the shortest possible commissioning times and full availability from plant start.

Drive Technology
Regardless of the manufacturer, we integrate AC/DC drive technology into your processes.
We take care of the design, calculation and project planning of linear and rotary actuators of different technology characteristic and performance. In connection with suitable real-time control systems, we create the individual functionality for you.

Safety Engineering
Risk Assessment and Implementation
The European Machinery Directive imposes high requirements on machines and plants in order to comply with the basic safety standards of EN ISO 13849-1.
